Three pieces of ecclesiastical applique work dating from the 1800's. Ribbon motifs made from gold lame. Emroidered words in latin done in an red. The inscription reads "Fame peste et bello" or "hunger, plaque and war."  Photos are a good representation of actual color.

56.5 cm across at the widest points 

approx. 42 cm from top center to bottom 

 

Condition

 

Shows some signs of age but still in good condition.
