Stunning design and colors in this early 19th century French cotton block print fabric. Stylized florals, leaves and buds in red, shades of pink, light blue, lavender with outlines in brown against a white background.

Actually two pieces of the same fabric sewn together. A perfectly matched seam 16 cm in from one side.

Condition
 
Somewhat distressed with a groups of small holes in and around the center, up and at the sides. Small areas are still in good condition without damage or stains. 
 
The fabric has been given a cold water wash using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents in order to remove dust and dirt. We like to deliver a clean and pressed product when possible but take care to preserve the integretity and color of the fabric.
