A 19th century French quilt fabric. Cotton. Fabrics front and back.
On the front a roll print with wider columns in a repeat group of florals with small "broken" branches at the sides (a popular motif in the period). Alternates with smaller columns of "petite" florlas. All against a lavender and white background.
At the back a repeating stripe in mustard with a red wavy line against a white background.
Photos are a good representation of actual color.
Measurements

Condition
Fairly clean appearance. There are a few holes in the fabric at the front and the back shows more holes and larger areas of splits at one end. Still areas without damage. One the front side some discoloration along one edge a few spots with some light stains. Probably best suited for small projects or documentation.
The fragment has been left in "as found" condition.
