A 19th century French quilt fragment. Cotton. Thin layer of batting. A marble/pebble look with in shades of pink with petite branches in dark pink and charcoles grey against a white background. The other side is a repeating dot and stylized blossom design done in shades of blue and a light tannish yellow with a faint broken branch design in the background.  Photos are a good representation of actual color.

Overall good condition with good strong colors. The front has a couple of holes in the fabric right along one edge. No stains. 
 
The quilt fragment has not been laundered and so in "as found" condition.
