A lot 7 pieces of linen toile du jouy that dates from the 18th century.  Design the "discovery of America" series. Depicting partial figures, animals boats and foilage. Red with a white background.

Condition
 
 Fabrics have not been laundered and have aged in color. Mostly dust. They can be successfully cleaned with a good soaking and you can bring back the white background. We have several buyers that like the "aged" look so we have left the fabric in it's "as found" condition. Most pieces in very good condition with the odd small hole or thin area. 
 
Good lot for small projects, patchwork, collage etc.
