Antique embroidered applique. French in origin.  Depictsleaves embroidered in silk thread and outlined with a gold metallic cording. Embroidered on a antique silk brocade fabric. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Overall good condition for it's age. The only thing to note is that almost all the silk embroidery thread has dissapeared due to age and usage.  Nothing major or distracting. Still has a good appearance.It will look great with antique textiles.
