Elegant look to this Victorian piece of antique jet glass beadwork applique. French in origin. The top is done in layered satouch piping in black with a white leaf motif to each side. The bottom part of the applique is  done in jet glass beads on a netted back. All hand made. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
