Antique Dutch glazed  chintz bauwen. Part of the traditional wear in the city of " Marken " in Holland.   Depicts floral and leaf design against a dark brown ( almost black) background. Beautiful contrast.. Dates from the mid 1800's.  Hand stiched edges. Good strong colors. Photos are a good representation of actual color.

Overall good condition.  The only thing to note is that when held to light you will see a few small pin holes towards botton right hand side and one tiny hole on the left hand side near the folded edge( barely visible).
