Psrobably a late 1800's or early 1900's hand loomed chanvre linen sheet. Two panels hand seamed together with the seam running from top center to botom center. Has some weight to it. Hand embroidered cross stitch monogram at one end. The sheet has been patched and repaired in several places which can be seen best in the first photo which has been hung on a clothes line with the sunlight shining through it. A combination of a natural linen color with a light oatmeal color used for pathces.

Condition
 
This is a good piece for a variety of projects. There is a large hole at the center with thin areas for a distressed look Here and there you will also see some smaller holes. One large stain towards on end. There are several good size areas without damage or stains. 
 
The sheet has been laundered to remove dust and dirt and pressed for delivery. No bleaching agents.
