Such a pretty and striking antique French tassel trim. All silk with a double row of tassels in a light grey and a creme colored scalloped braid at top. A narrow band  of silk pi k and green fly fringe crosses the laatice work. Photos are a good representation of actual colors and condition.

The width is 11 cm from top of braid to bottom of tassels. 
 
Condition
 
Used but still in very good condtion. There is only one small break in the braid at top which I've tried to show in one of the close up photos.
