Antique gold metallic torchon lace. French in origin. Probably dates from the late 1800's. Lace has developed an even bronze patina.  Photos are a good representation of actual color.

The width is 7 cm wide from top edge to bottom of scalloped edge. 
 
Condition
 
Possibly used but still in very good condition with only one break in the thread running along the top which I've tried to show in one of the close up photos.
