Antique silk moire ribbon sample. Made in Lyon, France. Iridescent shades. Colors change dramatically depending on how the light hits the ribbon. For example top piece is a medium blue and the pinkish looking piece is a red when layed flat. Bend them slightly and they pick u the iridescent glows. Probably date from the early 1900's. I believe these are a silk combination. I've done a burn test and the fibers have a alsow steady burn with a fine ash.  Photos are a good represeentation of actual color and condition.
