Antique silk booble trim.  French in origin.  Original paper labels at each end. Wood bases covered in yellow silk thread with ivory silk rosettes . Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Good unused condition. The only thing to note is that on the bottom of the bobbles you will see some very light fraying of the thread and a couple of missing thread that is exposing the wood base. Nothing major. In good condition for it's age.
