Probably a lat1e 1800's early 1900's French ecclesasitcal chalice cloth. Red silk damask on the front side with an urn holding flowers center. Grapes leaves and wheat stock around the sides. Green silk liner at the back that has been hand stitched to the front.

Condition
 
Front is in very good condition with no damage. The only thing to note is some slight darkening of color at the edges due to age. 
 
Back is actally three pieces stitched together and one piece has a split and there are a couple of small stains on another of the pieces.
