Love the colors in this early 1800's century silk brocade cope hood. French in origin. Depicts various flowers and fruit against a silver grey background that may have been white at one time but has now darkened with age. Silk braids and fringes along all side that are antique but might be later additions. Lined at the back with linen. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
For age very good condition except for along the top edge where you will see a split in the brocade fabric. I've tried to show this in one of the close up photos.
