Part of a collection we recently bought this antique silver metallic lame fabric sample. French in origin. Probably dates from the 1920's.  Abstract geometic motifs. This has a double weave and both sides very useable. Silver metallic threads woven onto a black cotton thread base.  Dress weight fabric. Soft and supple so it can easily be worked. Perfect for restoration projects, ribbonwork, clutches, shoes. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Good condition with no stains or discoloration. The fabric does have some light wrinkles from being in storage
