A large 19th century French brocade ecclesiastical panel. Probably used for an altar at one time. Repeating rose and wheat design done in a cotton and silver metallic thread on gold lame. Wide scalloped gold metallic trims along all sides. Gold metallic twist rope fringe with caterpillar accents at the bottom edge.

The width of the fringe is just over
8 cm wide.
Condition
Very good condition with no no damage or stains and colors are even.
The fringe at the bottom is missing approx. 6 - 8 caterpillar accents from what I can see.
At the back is a red liner and it has some small holes.
