A coupon sample of French black tulle lace. Dates from the 1920's. Probably cotton. Still has it's original paper label at one corner. Straight edge along the top with a scalloped edge along the bottom. Oval shaped design along the bottom depicting blossoms and squiggly lines outined in a gold metallic thread.  Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.
