An 18th century French siamose block print quilt fragment. Alternating bands of florals and leaves . One band in a light terracota , the other in a light aubergine. Zig Zag background stripe in  light aubergine. The quilt fragment is backed in a white cotton.

Condition
 
Good condition. The only thing to note is that towards the top of the fabric 7 cm in there is a narrow line where you will see some wear to the fabric. Here and there possibly a couple of tiny holes and minor wear.
