Vintage French "work wear" skirt. Medium weight cotton. Looks like it came straight off the farm. Light grey stripe with white pinstripe.. Straps at the top. The stitching is for the most part all hand done except for the hems at the bottom.

Front: two patches, darned repairs, one tiny rust spot. 
 
Back: several primitive looking darned repairs. Two tiny holes. 
 
The smock has been giving a light cleaning to remove dust and dirt and is now pressed for delivery.
