Vintage millinery netting, Circle shape. Intended for hat making. French in origin. Possibly rayon/nylon. Slightly stiff to the touch. Navy blue in color. A sturdy string in matching brown color runs along the inside of the circle and ties at the back. Can be shaped and stitched into any form and will hold it's shape.
