Just in time for summer! 
 
This lovely French white cotton blouse/jacket. Very pretty hand embroidered cutwork design of flowers on leafy stems which travels down the front center. Made more like a jacket than a blouse with no button closures but does have a loop edge so could be fastened shut with ribbon. Pretty hand embroidered scallop edge around the neckline, down the front as well as along the bottom edge and the sleave ends. Probably dates from the 1920's/30's. All seams hand done.   Photos are a good represenation of actual color.

42 cm from shouldner to should x 63 cm from top of neckline to bottom of front. 
 
From under arm to under arm 51 cm across.
 
Condition
 
Very good condition. One tiny mark at the side and one tiny light spot towards the bottom but both will probably lift with a soaking. There is one seam at the back from to top of the neckline down about 14 cm. This may be a "take in" and looks like a pleat or possibly a repair.   
 
The blouse had already been laundered when I purchased it so I have left it in "as found" condition. You may want to give it a light wash to freshen but has a very clean appearance.
