Just in time for summer!
 
This lovely French white cotton blouse/jacket. Very pretty hand embroidered cutwork design of flowers on leafy stems which travels down the front center. Made more like a jacket than a blouse with no button closure but a loop edge so a button could be added or closely with a ribbon or studs. Pretty hand embroidered scallop edge around the neckline and down the front, botton edge and ends of sleeves.  Monograme "TG." Probably dates from the 1920's/30's. All seams hand done.   Photos are a good represenation of actual color.

43 cm from shouldner to should x 62 cm from top of neckline to bottom of front. 
 
From under arm to under arm 55 cm across.
 
Condition
 
Very good condition with no stains or  obvious damage. A couple of light marks from being moved in storage which will lift with a good soaking. 
 
The blouse had already been laundered when I purchased it so I have left it in "as found" condition. You may want to give it a light wash to freshen but has a very clean appearance.
