Vintage antique white French cording. Cotton filler with a wrap that looks like a silk thread. I've done a burn test on the cording and it has a slow steady burn and does not bubble. Slightly rounded on both sides with a flat edges. Nice narrow cording that would work well for outlining or to shape into applique work.
