A hand made cuff by Vasile Merce. Brass base covered on the front and inside with Fortuny "Demedici" fabric.  Adjustable so will fit any size. Central motif made from an antique silk French ribbon work rosettes filled with metallic threads at the center. Blue glass bugle beads added to the sides. All aginst a gold metallic lace background. The sides have been finished off with a vintage French gold metallic twist rope cording. All hand made and hand embroidered.

Vasile Merce is Romanian born and emigrated to Holland five years ago. He has been working with the Eurodecor for the last 7 years and has developed a great love for antique textiles and a deep appreciation for embroideries. He now resides in Avignon, France.

Condition
 
All materials used in making the cuff are in good condition. Antique pieces have been stabilized if necessary to insure that the cuff will maintain it's beauty for years to come.
