Small millinery wreath. French in orgin. Small silk velvet flowers with tiny lavender colored stamens. Pieces of tulle wrapped along the wire frame. Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.

Condition
Overall good condition with minor signs of age. Some of the tulle looks a bit worn.
Left in "as found" condition. The tulle could probably use a bit of a steaming to give it a fuller look.
