Probably a late 1800's early 1900's. French ecclesiastical applique. Depicts a pelican feeding her young. All done in a silver metallic thteads with silver metal spangles. Rays of sun to the sides in a gold metal thread and gold metal spangles.

Condition
 
Used but still in good condition. There are a couple of loose spangles and some loose threads which are need to be tacked down when the applique is sewn to fabric.
