An 18th century French block/roll print cotton fabric. Depicting exotic looking florals and leaves on a branch with some lattice work medalion motifs. In addition small star like motifs in the background. Done in shades of purple against an off white background.

Actuall two pieces of the same fabric sewn together you will see selvages at the seam. The seam is 9 cm in from one side. 
 
Condition
 
Heavily distressed with large and small holes, missing pieces and thin areas. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been laundered using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents in order to remove dust and dirt. We like to deliver a clean and pressed product when possible but take care to preserve the integretity and color of the fabric.
