Part of a collection we recently bought this antique gold metallic mesh lame fabric . French in origin. Probably dates from the 1920's. Gold metallic threads woven into a cadet blue background. Still on in it's original card. Some smaller pieces in different colors at the top of the card.  Dress weight fabric. Soft and supple so it can easily be worked. Perfect for restoration projects, ribbonwork, clutches, shoes. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
