What was part of an old French quilt at one time, this 19th century French chanvre line. Off white in color. Top half has a distressed look with thin areas and some holes in addition to a few very light  pinkish colored quilting lines that are spread quit far apart. Bottom half four large patches in various shapes and size.  Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Condition has been pretty much stated above. There are thin areas in the faric as well as other areas without any damage. The photos are taken on a blue and white striped fabric which show various condition issues. 
 
Great piece for upscaling with possibilities for different projects. 
 
The fabric has been laundered using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents so you will see slight color variations due to age. We try to preserve the "aged" look on this pieces.
