Late Victorian French men's underwear pants. White. A heavier cotton with a very light grey  stripe. Also has a ver pale flesh colored stripe giving the fabric a plaid look.  Button down the front and eyelets at the back for adjusting. Linen tie at the bottom of one leg. There is a stamp letter "C" at the waistline.   Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Overall god clean appearance and we have give the pants a light launder to freshen. 
 
Large area at the crotch with spattered looked rust colored stains. One large patch has been added to the front of each leg. One linen strap missing from one of the legs. Looks like a small patch to the crotch and a bit of wear and the fabric line. Some small rust/age spots at the back of the legs.
