For those creative individuals this 19th century French cotton block print paisley fabric. 
 
Large paisley design in madder red and light blue that althernate against a madder red and white background.

86 cm wide (you will still see a tiny bit of the orignal selvage at each side). 
 
Condition
 
Quilted at one time so you will see light quilt lines. Heavily distressed with a couple of larger holes, missing pieces and thin areas. One mark in one of the columns of paisley that didn't lift during laundering. 
 
Some good small useable areas that would work well for patching. 
 
The fabric has been lightly laundered using those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents in order to remove years of dust and dirt accumulation and pressed for delivery
