A 19th century French cotton resist dye fabric. Roundish motifs of small vines with what looks like a small bud in the center. Design is done in white with an indigo blue background.

Odd shape approx. 
 
63 cm x 27 cm wide at one end and widens further to 31 cm at the other end.
 
There is a seam that runs across the width and is 22 cm in from the side. 
 
Condition
 
Distressed. Most of the fabric is in good condition with without damage. One side is heavier distressed with missing pieces and holes.Good piece for small projects scrapbooking, patching, distressed art projects.
 
The fabric has been lightly laundered to remove dust and dirt with those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. We like to deliver a clean and pressed product when possible but take care to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric.
