Stunning piece of 19th century French silver metallic fringe. Twist strands. Large caterpillar accents. The fringe has taken on a dark patina and even in color. Will look great with old fabrics. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.

Condition
Overall good condition for age. Some pinching anda bit of wear on the caterpillars but has good appearance. It appears that there are 2 caterpillars missing and one end and another caterpillar missing towards the other end. In addition, 3 caterpillars right next to each other arae missing a piece from the bottom. They are only about half the size they should be.
