An antique French burse. Probably dates from the early 1900's. White cotton back with hand embroidered IHS symbol center and grapes on the vine design along the edges done in a gold silk thread.

As can be seen in the photos the white cotton has age spots and areas. Silk trim around the sides has some slight wear.
