Probably dating from the 1920's this Ashanti fragment. Possibly a dress or kaftan at one time. Heavily embroidered with flat silver thread. Glass bead bobbles hang from the ends of the sleaves. V shape front with a flat collar.

Really best suited as documentation or full upscaling. 
 
The main body of the fabric is in good condition but there are some small holes in the netting. Collar has some damage and repairs. There are some missing glass bobbles. 
 
So in my opinion a cut up piece with many good small sections available.
