Small millinery wreath. French in orgin. Groups of wax stamens around the front and sides. Pieces of tulle wrapped along the wire frame.

approx. 15 x 15 cm across.
Condition
Overall good condition with minor signs of age. Some of the tulle looks a bit worn.
Left in "as found" condition. The tulle could probably use a bit of a steaming to give it a fuller look.
