A very pretty construction on this late 1800's/early 1900's French cotton bloomer. White. Cotton. Open crotch. Cutwork edging at the bottom of the legs which is all hand done and hand embroidred. Button closures at the sides (one mother of pearl the other porcelain....they don't match)  and a line tie at the back. On the front at the waist a nicely done monogram with the initial "BM." Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Overall good condition with a clean appearance. The edging of cutwork on both legs has a few small tears at the top of the edging. This could be easily taken in and repaired. In addition the same thing has occured in a couple of spots along the hems of the crocht.
