A very pretty construction on this late 1800's/early 1900's French cotton bloomer. White. Cotton. Open crotch. Cutwork edging at the bottom of the legs which is all hand done and hand embroidred. Porcelain button closures at the sides. On the front at the waist a nicely done monogram with the initial "BM." Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Overall good condition with no apparant damage although there some little repairs (well done) at the bottom of on of the legs just below the band of embroidery work. At one time there would have been a linen tie at the waist but that is missing.
