Long panel of a very pretty early 1800's French chintz. Repeating stemmed rose pattern against a light tan pin striped background. Almost has a hand painted appearance. Photos are a good representation of actual colors.

3 meters 16 cm from top to bottom (there is a small hem at one end of about 1 cm). 
The width is 82 cm wide
 
Condition
 
Very good condition. Still a bit of the glazing on this fabric. The fabric use to be a curtain at one time but must have hung in a protected environment because there is no discoloration. There is a tear at one side edge measuring 12 cm in length. At one end you will see some slight variation in color due to age but don't find it really distracting There are no obvious stains and no holes. 
 
The fabric has been hand laundered using those famous Marseille soaps and hung to dry. It is our goal to preserve these antique fabrics and the integretity of the colors while at the same time keeping their aged appeance.
