A 19th century French cotton block print family. Repeating blocks with an abstract medallion shape design. Motifs almost look like a stylized tree with branches to the sides. These somewhat abstract geometric looking designs remind me of earlier Oberkampfs. Color are greenishish blue, pale yellow, terracotta and dark aubergine. Not a full repeat.

Distressed with many medium to small holes and thin areas. No stains. 
 
The fabric has been lightly laundered to remove dust and dirt with those famous Marseille soaps without bleaching agents. We like to deliver a clean and pressed product when possible but take care to preserve the color and integretity of the fabric.
