An early 1800's French toile du jouy. Cotton. Shades of purple and white in color. Depicts figures with stylized foilage around the sides. Photos are a good representation of actual colors.

26.5 cm from top to bottom.
 
Condition
 
No holes or damage or fading of color. There is some light yellowing of the fabirc in the area between the figures but should lift with a good soak. 
 
Cleaning
 
I've decided not to launder this piece because I like the somewhat aged look  and will leave the choice on cleaning to the customer.
