I love the avant garde and this early 1900's metal work piece is no hits the mark. Lace like metal open cutwork metal work around the neck and down the sides that join and cross each other at the end with a blossom center. A fashioned ribbon at the top and bottom made of silver metal mesh. Greyish tones.  The round opening at the top would fit on a smaller size mannequin.
