Elegant look to this vintage French ribbon. I believe it may have been made for lingerie and reminds me of the straps you would see on nightgowns from the 20's or 30's.  Pale yellow pastel green silk ribbon at the one side with a lace edging at the other side. Lace edge is cotton and finely woven:
