A hand made cuff by Vasile Merce. Brass base in covered in a pink and beige Fortuny "Carnavalet."  Adjustable so will fit any size. Vasile has made the center motif of a group of ribbon work rosettes made from pink lame ribbon and leaves out of antique silk ribbbon with gold metallic picot edge.  At the center of each rosette is a gold metal spangle and a bit of antique gold metallic purl thread. The sides have been finished off with a vintage French gold metallic twist rope cording.
 
Your cuff presents nicely in this sturdy black jewlery box with it's black velvet lining.

Vasile Merce is Romanian born and emigrated to Holland five years ago. He has been working with the Eurodecor for the last 3 years and has developed a great love for antique textiles and a deep appreciation for embroideries. He how lives in Avignon, France.

Condition
 
All materials used in making the cuff are in good condition. Antique pieces have been stabilized if necessary to insure that the cuff will maintain it's beauty for years to come.
