A hand made cuff by Vasile Merce. Brass base is covered with Fortuny "Carnavalet" fabric on the front and inside. Adjustable so will fit any size. Antique gold metallic lace covers the top side of the Fortuny fabric. Antique French ribbons with gold metallic edges are used as the center and side motifs which are joined by an antique silk ribbon in green for stems. Iridescent glass beads and gold metallic purl threads added for accents and color. The sides have been finished off with a vintage French gold metallic twist rope cording.

Vasile Merce is Romanian born and emigrated to Holland five years ago. He has been working with the Eurodecor for the last 3 years and has developed a great love for antique textiles and a deep appreciation for embroideries.

Condition
All materials used in making the cuff are in good condition. Antique pieces have been stabilized if necessary to insure that the cuff will maintain it's beauty for years to come.
