Circa 1900 this French gentlemens vest. Wool. Black and charcoal stripe.  Striped cotton liner hand stitched.  Still has it's original buttons. Buckle at back.

35 cm from one side of shoulder to other side of shoulder
55 cm from under arm to under arm. 
 
Condition
 
Good condition with no damage except the buckle at the back has rusted. 
 
Left in "as found" condition and the liner shows light signs of soiling.
