Circa 1900 this French gentlemens vest. Wool. Black and charcoal stripe.  Striped cotton liner hand stitched.  Still has it's original buttons. Buckle at back.

Condition
 
Good condition with no damage. Liner has two tiny pinholes in the fabric and shows light signs of soiling.
