Rough and rugged! An early 1900's. French men's work wear shirt. Long sleeves and tails. Medium weight cotton with a light grey stripe. Buttons down the front and at the cuffs with porcelian buttons. Photos are a good indication of actual color and condition.

From top center of collar to bottom of back center: 1 meter 1 cm
Across top of shoulders: 49 cm
From under arm to under arm: 71 cm
Condition
Quick wash to remove surface dirt. It was our intention to leave the shirt pretty much in "as found" condition preserving the age and look. Shows signs of yellowing and age.
Front: small patch towards the top. Soiled look with spots at the bottom that have created a faded out look.
Collar: collar slight wear and small stains.
Sleeves: One sleeve has a split at the end of the seam bottom. Slight wear around cuff. Thin areas at top. Other sleeve has been totally replaced with a diferrent fabric from the same period and is in good condition except for one repair towards the top
Back: three patches at the top of shoulders. One small patch up by the collar. A larger holes, smaller holes, darned repairs. Thinning areas.
This shirt has a great shape to it and perfect for upscaling projects.
