A very pretty construction on this late 1800's/early 1900's French cotton bloomer. White. Cotton. Open crotch. Cutwork edging at the bottom of the legs which is all hand done and hand embroidred. Porcelain button closures at the side. On the front at the waist a nicely done monogram with the initial "BM." Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Overall good condition with no damage and a clean appearance. At one time there was a line tie that runs along the back and that is missing. Tiny area at the crotch hem that has come loose and needs to be restitched. Nothing major.
